There are many teachers. And many teachings. Some truth. Some error. Can we know the difference? How? “Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day” (Psalm 25:5). Not commentaries. Not man’s opinion. As believers, we have the indwelling Holy Spirit. We have the word of God. We have perception and understanding. Have you asked the Author of Scripture to teach you? To lead you into truth? Are you open to change if necessary? Or, are you a non-thinking polly parrot? Stubborn and stiff-necked? Closed minded and unteachable? We should be always seeking. Always searching the Holy Scriptures. Always hungering for the bread of life. Ask questions. Find answers. Identify problems. Find Biblical solutions.
