Accepted in the Beloved

To me, one of the great truths in Scripture, is the doctrine of acceptance.

“To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved”” (Ephesians 1:6).

Our acceptance with God, believer, is never conditional to our behavior. But rests solely in the finished work of Jesus Christ. We are “accepted” in the beloved. No longer condemned. No longer an enemy. But a friend. A child. The beloved.

May this truth bring joy and peace to our hearts today, friends. May it cause us to walk in confidence. In security. In assurance. I’m accepted in Christ!
