“As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:” (1 Peter 2:2). Newborn babies cannot eat steak. But in time, they become meat eaters. Growing as Christians is like this. It is a process. I know some believers who are unable to consume the meat of His word. What is the admonition? As, or like, newborn babies let us desire the sincere milk of His word.
Start here. In time, with daily intake you’ll be consuming the meat of His word. And let’s all be careful to avoid a condescending and proud look if we are enjoying some meat. You know what I mean?
