Worthy!

“Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing” (Revelation 5:12).

We can say this even in our present condition, beloved. Jesus is worthy! All praise belongs to Him. He alone is preeminent in all things. This means our Lord is chief in all things. He is first in rank and in order. He alone has completely satisfied the just and holy demands of a perfect and righteous God. He reigns and is seated in final authority. He is risen from death in final victory. He is our sanctification. He is our holiness and our righteousness.  He is our justification. Our atonement. Our propitiation. Our forgiver. He is the grace that pardons, saves, and equips. Do you see this? Do you receive His fullness?

This great truth does not imply He is simply one among many; it’s much more than that. Jesus is the only one. He is preeminent in all things. It is finished once and for all. Dear friend, we must fully know and receive this truth today in faith. All we need is in Christ. Do not waiver. Do not doubt. Do not search for more. It all belongs to Him.
