No longer is there a wall of separation between you and the throne of the living God, believer. Reconciliation has been made. We, who were once enemies with God, are now the friends of God through Christ Jesus. He has given us direct access by His precious blood. We can approach our great High Priest, Jesus Christ, with full confidence and assurance that He hears and answers our prayers and supplications according to His perfect will.

What is your concern today? What is your hurt, your need, or your complaint? Take it before the throne. Give it to Christ. He cares. He knows. And when you take it boldly to Him, leave it there and fully trust Him. The answer may not be what you desire but it will be best. Faith, believer! Not my will but thine, dear Lord.

“Not my will but thine, dear Lord.” Ah, key words. We too often think life is all about “my will” and not “thy will”. But when God causes us to see the richness of His grace and the depth of His love and the greatness of His power, then we begin to bow down with “not my will but thine, dear Lord”. God is good. No matter what.
